I Cooked!

If you don't know this already, let me tell you something very important about me. I can't cook. It's not that I don't want to. It's because I suck at it, and I don't want to. Who wants to do things they suck at? Not me.

One time I cooked for my father in law.... he's never been back since. Apparently I put too many crushed red peppers in the shrimp which made them technically inedible. With a red face, and tears streaming from his eyes, he swore to me that they were great.

Poor, sweet, man.

Thanksgivings are usually spent at friends and family but this year is much different. This year I was forced to cook! I managed to make Tofurky, gravy from scratch-o-lah, stuffing and boxed Mac n cheese. It was actually edible, no one cried, and for that I am thankful!

I am also thankful for Dougs new job, my job, my friends, our family, our new adventure and Amazon.
