People like to ask me... what do you eat? The answer is, I eat food! Here are some examples of Vegan Breakfast ideas you can try! Reminder I can't cook so these are very, very basic and simple.

My go-to lately has been an Everything Bagel with Kite Hill Chive "Cream Cheese". You can find it with all the other cream cheese at most stores. There are other alternative cream cheeses out there to try, but this one is my favorite and most bagels are vegan*.

Toast with Avocado, hemp seed, salt and pepper is so friggin good.

The avocados here in California have been so good and cheap ( like less than a dollar )! They are making the avocados in Florida look like sh*t! They were sometimes as much as $3 and it was a gamble if it would be a good one or not. Avocados are going on my "California pros list" fo sho.

Just Egg with Toast , butter, salt and pepper is another favorite. I just went to the store yesterday and the Just Egg was sold out. You wanna know why? Because it is AMAZING! Kinda bummed I didn't get any, but kinda happy people love it as much as I do.

Fruit is always a win. My favorite is apples and peanut butter.

Plant based Protein Shakes like Alani Nu and Beachbody are the ones I've enjoyed

If you are Eating Out here are some options you could try.

  • Waffle House hash browns with veggies

  • Starbucks Impossible Breakfast Sandwich ask for it with no egg, no cheese

  • Hardees has a few Beyond options ask for it with no egg, no cheese

  • Burger King has a few Impossible options ask for no egg, no cheese

  • Dunkin Donut has Beyond Sausage Sandwich, get it with no egg, no cheese and I like to add the spicy mustard packets to mine.

  • Wawa started offering a beyond options recently! Which is awesome!

  • There are probably a ton more I'm forgetting or just don't know about yet!

There are A LOT of alternatives nowadays ! When I first stopped eating meat 9 years ago it was a lot harder to find options. There is definitely a shift happening and I am happy to support it.

* Helpful Hint - The easiest way to tell if something is vegan is to look at the bottom of the ingredients list where it will say "Contains" in bold lettering. There you will find the allergens which will always include things like Milk, Eggs, Fish, Crustacean Shellfish, Tree Nuts, Wheat, Peanuts, and Soybeans. If it does not contains an ingredient I have put in bold, it's most likely vegan. Soups and some other products get tricky, but this is a basic guide for most things.
