Vegan Sammich Time

I am not a "cooker"

I AM a "heater upper" and a "microwaver" and occasionally, a "boiler". I just don't enjoy cooking and I'm super impatient when it comes to food. One of the things I can make in a jiffy is a sammich! Here is one of my go-to vegan sammiches.


Ingredients

- Bread of your choice - I'm using Dave's

- Vegan Deli Slices of your choice. I'm using Tofurky Hickory Smoked

- Vegan "cheese" of your choice. I'm using Chao Garden Herb

- Vegan Mayo. I've got Best Foods.. which I have no idea where we got this.

- Spicy brown mustard. Sir Kensington's is good.

- Optional additions - Sour kraut, lettuce, pickle or tomato.


You can assemble this cold or grill it up in a pan to get it warm, toasty and melty.
