It all started with an Instagram post of an office that I fell in love with it. It had the most beautiful wallpaper, gold/white furniture, and a great rug. What do I do when I see something on the internet that I love? I copy it!
I ordered a desk, mirror, lamp and rug all inspired by that Instagram post. Once I got to California I double checked the size of the wall and ordered the "wallpaper". This wallpaper isn't like old school paste and paper. It is a low tac vinyl that comes off easy, even after 12 months, which is super important because we live in a rental. I want my deposit back!
My original plan was to install this all on my own, like a strong independent woman. But that sh*t was hard! So I hollered for Doug upstairs and he came to my rescue... thank goodness! I totally couldn't have done it without him!
After we got it on the wall, I trimmed it up and viola! It turned out great and I couldn't be happier with it! The office is not finished yet but is coming together nicely. I will keep ya'll updated for sure.
